Job Description:

Are you a scientific and numerically literate Python developer?

About us:

JBA Risk Management are better known amongst our clients as The Flood People. We help the insurance, reinsurance and property industries understand flood risk. You will play an important role in enabling us to deliver the highest possible quality data and models to our clients. We have an ambitious multi-year plan to revolutionise the technologies we use; your role will focus on software development to produce sets of extreme flooding events

• You take pride in your work and are driven to create high quality software and workflows.
• You enjoy collaborating, being part of a team and developing others.

Desirable skills:

You may also have experience applying Python to scientific, computationally intensive problems involving large datasets.
