Position: GIS Consultant
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000
Location: Buckinghamshire
 
Kinect’s prestigious client has an immediate requirement for a GIS consultant to join their award winning team.
 
The position will involve providing expertise and guidance in the implementation and deployment of GIS based solutions for client projects.

Role Responsibilities:
 

• Working with clients on the end to end installation, configuration, deployment, and knowledge transfer of ArcGIS based solutions.
• Installation and configuration of supporting technology such as databases, webservers etc.
• Provision of knowledge transfer of ArcGIS based solutions to customers.
• Provision of expertise, advice, guidance and support to customers in the use of ArcGIS products.
   
  Required Skills/ Experience:
   
• 3 years+ commercial experience in the deployment and configuration of the ESRI GIS product set.
• Knowledge and experience with ESRI products such as ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server.
• A working knowledge of relational databases.
• Python programming language experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites ad-hoc within the UK as required.
