Rullion's client has an increasing number of long-term contracts with UK utility companies, covering all aspects of pressure control, network monitoring and analysis, leakage reduction and data provision. Rullion Client'sprojects rely on accurate and efficient installation and maintenance of Advanced Pressure Control Systems and Data Loggers from our Field Engineers. Tens of thousands of Remote Data Loggers are currently installed on District and Commercial Water, Gas and Electricity meters nationwide, transmitting data daily via GSM networks. As a total data solution provider, installation and maintenance of this equipment along with accurate Data Analysis is fundamental to our business.

Coordinator Responsibilities
Creation of work packs for field engineers
Performance monitoring of field engineers
Creation of new design work packs for customers
Installation & configuration of Technolog electronic data collection equipment
Pressure and flow data interpretation and analysis, including design of new pressure management
schemes
Liaison with clients and customers on a daily basis including attendance and hosting of meetings
Management of SLA's

Daily Activities
Network investigations using GIS & PSP
Customer/client communication and interaction either verbally or written
Create proposals for new pressure management schemes
Travel to various offices across Scotland for meetings with local staff members
Potential savings calculations from proposed schemes
Spread sheet creation and updating to monitor and track performance

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills as relationship building with all
stakeholders is of upmost importance. They will demonstrate a flexible and team based approach to
work along with the following skills:
Computer literate including experience in GIS, Leakage Software and competent using Microsoft packages including advanced Excel skills
Electronics / engineering experience or knowledge of water networks advantageous
Demonstrable experience of data analysis and subsequent decision making skills
Logistical and planning experience is advantageous
Ability to work as a team & learn new skills
Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
Full driving licence essential
Strong attention to detail

Qualifications
Educated to Degree level or equivalent in
mathematics / statistics or relevant industry
experience in data analysis / Project supervision
is advantageous however full training will be given.
